I'm the first person to cheer for sex-positive behavior, but 'alternatively', you could create 'AntinomiacNSFW' and use this account as your 'SFW-account'. (Seems to work for SkyHawkins/skyafterdark.)
Some users act awkwardly with announcements such as this one and it's more of an achievement to find followers with 'just' SFW and there is no guarantee that your NSFW-stuff will attract a larger audience... (although it _will_ pay better.)
I hope this helps you to make a more informed decision, but I won't start to throw rotten eggs if you don't "do what I say" or something.
